With the Concept of a Nation within a Nation a new nation was conceived and the UNITED TRIBES OF THE AMERICAS (UTA) was born.
What the UTA is seeking to accomplish.
The UTA begins at the tribal level. Each individual tribe has something to offer, but very few if any tribes are fully self sufficient.
By themselves, the Indigenous People are not strong enough to achieve their goals and to tackle problems of inadequate health care, housing, education and the basic fundamentals most of us take for granted.
The people often have little to offer their youth and are losing more members every year. Eventually, the entire identity of a tribe is lost and declared nonexistent.
This has already occurred in many instances, and more tribes are losing their status every year.
The UTA is designed to act as an umbrella under which the tribes may established networks binding the individual tribes together to strengthen them and to help them achieve their goals.
Our mission is to unite the Indigenous People of the world within a single entity which will allow them to rely upon each other’s strengths to jointly overcome the great obstacles that they face.
The UTA is a non-profit foundation to assist the Indigenous People
The most important mission of the UTA is to listen to the Indigenous People. The first steps will be to determine the needs of the People and to determine the best methods for the People and others to meet those needs.
It is a new start based upon the theory that the best way to help people is to teach them how to help themselves. With the joint efforts of all, the goals can be reached.

For year’s we have allowed our Native American brothers and sisters to be repressed, depressed, and oppressed. Many organizations and individuals have given and continue to offer aid and Support. The UTA will coordinate and build upon these efforts.
